Fastech Integrated Solutions, LLC Acquires Sales Force Automation Business From Cotelligent, Inc; Recruits Prior Chief Executive
BROOMALL, Pa., Aug. 9, 2005 - Fastech Integrated Solutions, LLC
announced today that it recently completed the asset purchase of the Sales
Force Automation and Mobile Solutions business unit divested by Cotelligent,
Inc. Known as Fastech, Inc. until its acquisition by Cotelligent in 1999, the
firm has an established reputation as an innovative provider of mobile
computing software solutions and hosting services to the Consumer Packaged
Goods (CPG) industry.
Rick Hirsh was named Chief Executive Officer of the new business based in
Broomall, PA. Hirsh was previously CEO of Fastech, Inc. and was active with
the firm since 1985. Hirsh was recruited to join the acquisition team led by
Skyview Capital, Inc. (Beverly Hills, CA) and NewSpring Mezzanine Capital,
L.P. (King of Prussia, PA). His industry track record includes a successful
turnaround of Fastech in 1997-1998 and, most recently, he has served as a
strategic consultant to a number of technology and transaction processing
firms.
